Bookings & Payments
How and when can I book the studio?
Booking is easy – just email at hello@luneandco.studio or text me at 0792 218 4637 – to check for available times. The studio is open throughout the week, and I’ll do my best to find a slot that works perfectly for you.
How can I pay?
To secure your booking, payment is required at the time of reservation. You can pay via bank transfer, and we’ll send you a detailed invoice once your booking is confirmed. We are not VAT registered, so our prices do not include VAT. If you need a VAT invoice, we can arrange this through our sister company, the VAT-registered lighting rental house.
My preferred day and time aren’t available. Can I reschedule my booking?
If your chosen slot isn’t available, just send me a message and we’ll find a time that works for you. You can reschedule your booking with at least 72 hours’ notice with no extra cost. If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before your session, 50% of the booking will be retained to help cover the time that was reserved for you, as last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate for other clients.
Can I cancel my booking?
- If you cancel more than a week before your session, there’s no charge.
- If you cancel less than a week but more than 48 hours before your session, we ask to retain 50% of the booking cost, as this time was reserved just for you.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the full booking cost will be retained.
These guidelines help us keep the studio running smoothly and ensure the space is available for everyone who wants to create, while giving you as much flexibility as possible.
Using the Space
What are the studio rules?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, smoke or fire is not permitted inside the studio, and we kindly ask that you do not bring pets.
Can I rent the studio by the hour?
Yes, hourly rentals are available (minimum booking applies). Please see our pricing section for details.
Can I arrive before my scheduled time?
To ensure fairness for all clients, entry is only permitted at your booked start time. If you need extra time for setup, please add it to your booking.
What if I need more time?
If the schedule allows, you can extend your booking at an hourly rate. Just let us know as soon as possible.If the schedule allows, you may extend your booking at an hourly rate. Please note that this is not guaranteed, as it depends on other bookings and availability on the day. Let us know as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a host on-site?
Most of the time, a studio host will be present to welcome you, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If a host is not available, a full guide will be provided to you beforehand so you can use the studio confidently.
Can I use the space privately?
Absolutely. Once booked, the studio is yours for the duration of your session. For safety, CCTV is installed inside the studio, but it is for security purposes only.
What equipment is included with my booking?
The studio comes with basic equipment—please refer to our Studio Hire page for detailed information. Additional gear can be rented if needed. We also offer full lighting packages suitable for all types of shoots.
Customer Care
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking on site. Details will be shared with you before your session.
Is the studio accessible?
We aim to make the studio welcoming for everyone. Please let us know in advance if you have accessibility needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you provide refreshments?
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and water. There are also cafés and shops nearby if you’d like something more.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, we’d be happy to arrange a viewing. Just contact us to schedule a time.
Can I get makeup or outfit for my shoot?
Yes! The studio can arrange professional makeup if you’d like. Clothing rental is also available – just ask for details when you book, and we’ll be happy to help.
